Newsboys

Newsboys give Christian Pop Music an Aussie twist as they jump around the world from their home in Mooloolaba, Australia. They were formed in 1985 and quickly hopped on board the bandwagon in the US in 1987. It wasn’t until 1992 that they gained any sort of notoriety with the album “Not Ashamed.” From there on Newsboys experienced hit after hit with the 1995 album “Going Public” which won them a Dove Award for rock album of the year. Throughout the years Newsboys have toured with the likes of Audio Adrenaline and The O.C. Supertones and done their round of CCM festival circuits as well. Their music has been featured in video games and at motocross events; they also have strong links to the Every Nation Foundation. David Crowder*Band

The David Crowder band originally hails from Waco, TX and was founded by front man David Crowder. He was a student at Baylor University when he realized that none of his peers were attending church at a Christian University! Crowder began to lead worship and found he had a knack for writing songs too. He started to incorporate them into his worship times at the University Baptist Church who, in turn, released an independent CD for him.

Casting Crowns

Casting Crowns is a Grammy Award and Dove Award winning soft rock Christian band from Dayton Beach, FL. The band was created by lead vocalist and youth pastor Mark Hall who recruited some band members from the Eagles Landing First Baptist Church in McDonough, Georgia. Casting Crowns reached stardom when they were discovered by Grammy Award Winner Steven Curtis Chapman. The band hit gold status as the album “Alter and the Door” hit #1 on Hot Christian Albums chart in 2007.
